How I Created My Yoga School

— My Story, My Path

My yoga journey began in a very personal way — through stress, burnout, and the need to breathe again. At the time, I didn’t plan to become a teacher or open a school. I just wanted to feel alive and present.

I took my first yoga class out of curiosity. Something clicked. The stillness, the movement, the breath — it all felt like home. Over the years, I studied different styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and meditation. I trained in both the U.S. and India, completing several teacher training programs (200h and 300h certifications). But more importantly, I kept practicing — every day, through highs and lows.

Eventually, friends began asking me to guide them. Then came small groups, then workshops, and finally… I knew it was time to create something of my own.

That’s how YERM Yoga School was born. From my living room to a cozy studio space, and now both online and offline, I teach what helped me heal. I didn’t just build a business — I built a space of safety, self-discovery, and peace.

This school isn’t perfect — but it’s real. Just like life. And just like yoga.

Mental Clarity &
Stress Relief

Yoga helps calm the nervous system, lower anxiety, and bring your mind back to the present. Just a few minutes of breathwork or movement can shift your entire day.

Physical Strength & Flexibility

You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga — yoga helps you become flexible. It strengthens your core, improves posture, and relieves tension in muscles and joints.

Deeper Connection With Yourself

Yoga isn’t just exercise — it’s a way to reconnect with your body, your feelings, and your true self. It helps you listen inward and live with more awareness.
